It’s crazy how quickly times go by, I photographed these kids when the twins were just a couple of months old and now they are such big girls (4 yearls old).

Jen is also someone that I highly admire…She works full time, has this gorgeous family and still finds time to go to school to finish her bachelor’s degree.  Thank goodness I got my schooling done before I had the kids, I’m not sure I would want to go back.
Good for you Jen, on doing whatever it takes to achieve your goals!!

I love how determined this Mom was to hang her beautiful family’s portraits.  She had them displayed the same day she picked them up! 

Here’s a photo of how this family created a gallery wall in their home!  I love it!!!

Here’s what Mom said: “They are SO nice. You did a fabulous job Margaret! I was so paranoid we’d never get them up and then they would somehow get ruined! We were up til midnight.”

I get to meet such interesting people…this is McCook Mayor and Cook County Commissioner Jeff Tobolski and his beautiful family.
Mr. Tobolski is so easy to talk to and get along with…Loved him and his girls!!

I don’t often get to photograph teens here in the studio…it’s usually younger children or High School Seniors…it was great to have
Jimmy & Becca in the studio.  These guys were great!  And truly get along great!!! 

You know how it is…it’s usually just acting for the camera…but as soon as the camera is down…LOL

This beautiful family is from our school district (Gower School District 62), my son Alek’s school.   As well as Hinsdale South High School.  I really love getting to meet  and getting to know the families that are from our neighborhood. 

I love these portraits, especially the one where the girls are looking at their parents and Mom is laughing out loud…love, love that one!!!  This family ordered several different wall collections, one wall display of float mounts and one framed wall display.  And I am dying to see pictures of what that looks like in their home!  Enjoy!

Another beautiful family!  I really love how mom came in wearing a dress that matched her son’s shirt.  I love the color scheme here with the aqua and white.  It reminds me so  much of summer and sunshine and walking on the beach an beach glass.  And I hope that this is what the mom will feel and think of when she looks at this portrait.

What’s nice about this family portrait, is that it looks intentional and planned.  When clothing is coordinated, it takes the focus off of what the individuals are wearing and puts it where it belongs… on your family’s beautiful faces and expressions.  That’s what matters most!!  It’s also a great way to create a portrait that looks beautiful and goes with your home’s decor!
